Over 15,000 students attend day and evening classes at this state university." A hand written note says, "about 1970-72. Note barracks from World War II between U-Hall and Union bldg - to left of sidewalk. The wooden buildings were Gov. Surplus in 1945 and used for classrooms - Demolished Feb. 1972 - Parking lot now is Centennial Mall, dedicated Oct. 1980."
