Abstract/Description: | Once the site of basketball and concerts, the second building ever built on the Bancroft campus, the Field House fell into disuse after the opening of Centennial Hall--later renamed Savage Hall--in 1976. In 2007, the Board of Trustees approved a proposal for a $25 million renovation that would include 80,000 square feet of additional space for offices and classrooms. |
