This training took place at Zarrilli’s home and studio in Llanarth, Wales. Zarrilli’s training incorporates kalarippayattu, taiqiquan, and hatha yoga. Wilson's experience of working with Zarrilli began in 1995 when attending a ten-day intensive workshop at the University of Aberystwyth organised by the Centre for Performance Research.
