Boy Scouts Silver Beaver Award Toledo Area Council, 1932 - 76. The Silver Beaver Award is presented by the National Council, Boy Scouts of America, upon the nomination of an individual by the Toledo Area Council. The Award recognizes noteworthy service of exceptional character to boyhood by registered Scouters and Lady Scouters, within the area served by the Council. It is a privilege to honor these Scouters and add their names to the list of men and women who have given distinguished service to the Boyhood of our Council.
